Below we list the steps you need to follow to upload your poster successfully.
To begin uploading posters, you have to log in here: http://posters.isrvirtual.org/ and enter the section "Upload Posters".
This section will show a 4-step menu.
- "List" where you will be able to see your published posters (until you publish a poster, this section will be empty).
Once you upload one or many posters, you can view, edit and delete them.
To delete a poster before the closing date, click on the following icon . Attention! This process cannot be undone.
If you want to edit, when entering to a poster detail, click on the following icon to edit each of the sections.
- "Authors’ Administrator ". In this section, you can upload authors. You can modify the author’s upload as many times as you wish up to the system’s closing date.
- "Image Administrator ". As with the author’s section, you may upload images in this section. You can select images in your computer.
After selecting the images, click on the button "Upload Image".
This is the last step of this phase of the process. Now you have the images to build your poster in the next step.
- "Add Poster". In this section, you build your poster. Complete the required fields (title, institution, subject, etc...) and then the different sections of the poster.
In each of these sections, you may choose Bold, Italics or Insert an image. These three options are enabled with the three icons below each field
How to insert an image in the text Click on the image icon within the text field and you will see "[image]no.[/image]" In the “no.” field, type the number of the image that you want to insert and that you have uploaded first. If you do not remember the image number, you may go to the section "Image Administrator" and view all the images and their corresponding numbers.
Once you have completed all the fields, click on the button "Publish poster".
Remember that once you upload the poster from the first section ("List"), you can see and edit it.
