• Radiologic cases shall be exclusively sent via web www.isrvirtual.org
  • Deadline for submitting cases and posters: March 10th
  • The Scientific Commission shall accept or reject presentations. The decision shall be irrevocable and notified to the authors via e-mail, without any obligation to give explanations.
  • Maximum size of sent files: 0.5 Mb.
  • Maximum number of authors: 3
  • Remittance system: a single file compressed in zip format; file name shall be the last names of the first author, (for example: suarezmato.zip.) If the author sends many cases, he/she shall add a number: suarezmato2.zip; suarezmato3.zip
  • This zip file shall contain the following files:

  • Complete identification of authors, maximum 3: first names, last names, hospital, city, country. It is obligatory to refer to a contact e-mail.
  • Authors’ authorization to publish the case shall be included:
    ”The authors authorize the publication of this clinical case in the ISR Virtual Campus”
  • The text of the Radiologic Case shall have the following structure:
    1. Brief medical record.
    2. Radiologic findings: it shall include a list of 5 possibilities: A-B-C-D-E, of which only one will be correct. The correct answer shall be pointed out.
    3. Detailed description of findings.
    4. Differential diagnosis: include 5 possible diagnoses: A-B-C-D-E. It is possible to combine correct and incorrect diagnoses. Point out true and false diagnoses.
    5. Detailed description of differential diagnosis and of the whole case.
    6. Final diagnosis and bibliography
  • Case images in jpeg format: (resolution 72 ppp, maximum length and height 600 pixels)
  • All images shall be numbered in relation to the text: imagen1.jpg; imagen2jpg….
  • Maximum number of images in each case: 12.
  • Images shall not contain any reference to the patient’s name.
